The TailDraggers started their high energy "Atom Packed Show" just over four years ago and in a short time have earned quite a name for themselves with their unique mix of music and performance. With their wildly charismatic frontman, the harpist T-Roy Long, the TailDraggers are a four-man sensation from the Texas Gulf Coast whose interpretations of the blues, rock, swing and country have made the fans and critics into true believers.
But it doesn't start there. T-Roy and C-Bone have been playing together for over 20 years in two previous bands, "The Cheapshots" and "The Short Rows". Veteran musicians and long time friends Captain Pat and C-Ray were recruited to play drums and bass respectively to form the now nearly famous TailDraggers. Four different personalities with one common interest --To come together in live performance and bring to the people an experience that leaves them wanting more.
With their unique style and their ever-changing array of esoteric stage humbuggery, it is no wonder that this band continues to fill the seats and dance floor every time they perform. Go ahead take a peek at the bands schedule. Head out to a show and hold on.
